Cancellations & refunds
This policy explains how Unchanging Being handles requests for cancellations and refunds for courses that have been booked and paid for.
Payment to Unchanging Being indicates agreement with these terms, so please read them carefully before purchasing anything from this website.
If you are very restricted in the days and times you could attend the online classes, we advise that you wait until the schedule is announced before making a payment.
Unchanging Being will accept cancellations and will issue a full refund up until 14 days before the start of the course that has been paid for. If a customer wants to cancel in the final two weeks before the course starts, we will issue a 50% refund. Occasionally, we may agree to offer a larger refund depending on individual circumstances, but this will be at the discretion of Unchanging Being and our decision will be final.
No refunds are issued if the cancellation is requested after the course has started.
Customers may cancel their course registration by emailing email@example.com. Any refund will be based on the date the emailed cancellation request is received by Unchanging Being.
Cancellation of courses and classes
In the unlikely event of the cancellation of a course, Unchanging Being will try to re-arrange it at a time that suits those who have booked the course. If no suitable time can be found, Unchanging Being will refund the full amount paid for the course to those who cannot attend due to the altered schedule, if they choose not to receive the recordings of the course.
Change to this policy
We reserve the right to modify this cancellation and refund policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated.
