Here are the verses from the Nine Key Gita Verses booklet (which you can download for free) sung in the original Sanskrit by my friend Aashaa who lives in the Himalayas. In fact, you can hear the roar of the Vyaas river that runs through the Kullu valley in the background. I explore more of how the sacred sound of the verses is an essential part of the scripture in my Bringing the Gita to Life course.
Below you can listen to the lead-in to meditation that goes with the Eternal Presence verse practice in the Nine Key Gita Verses booklet, as well as the Amaram Hum Madhuram Hum mantra, which goes with the Dhyan Yoga (meditation) verse practice. This mantra can be spoken or sung, out loud or internally. (These are spontaneous home recordings, which, while not professionally recorded, I hope point to your own unchanging being.)
